“Rolf Lang Dresden GmbH” presents a new limited series of hand-made CANALETTO FRAUENKIRCHE watches.
To commemorate the 73nd anniversary of the destruction of Dresden, Rolf Lang Dresden has created a new unique watch. On February 13th, 2018 the elegant, always beautiful Canaletto will be a memorial and, at the same time, will act as a reminder of the devastating bombardment of Dresden during World War II. It will feature a new design with the Church of the Virgin in a visible three-quarters plate.
This special handmade work, carefully made in this way, is undoubtedly a work of art. It takes more than 100 hours to create such an achievement.
Only 30 of such symbolic unique creations will be made. The cost of the watch is 29800 euros in a polished case of white gold with black diamonds.
On the anniversary of the bombing of Dresden during the Second World War, there will be many events and memorials in city. One of them is the traditional living chain, which, as in previous years, will be formed from more than 10,000 people around the city center.
